Phoenix Pho – Noodle & Coffee Bar is a winner. We visited opening weekend and were impressed. The Shaken Beef Pho was unusual and excellent, with a clean, flavorful Northern-style broth. The grilled pork vermicelli was fantastic—fresh vegetables, great pork, and fish sauce so good I could drink it. The crispy egg rolls were excellent too. The Ube Cloud Coffee was fantastic, and they have a full coffee/matcha menu plus a drive-thru, which is a huge bonus. The only weak spot was the spring rolls—the rice paper was dry and they needed more herbs—but I'm giving them opening-weekend grace. Bright, clean restaurant, actually comfortable padded chairs, and Miss Grace was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited about the place. Great food, great drinks, great service. Definitely going back.

Husband and I tried out the new Phoenix Pho today and it was...meh. Im not sure if it's because we've had authentic Bun Bo Hue, homemade by my Vietnamese family, but we really didn't think the dish was great. It wasn't bad, just not really authentic - at least to us. So just know if you're Vietnamese and like Bun Bo Hue, you might be a little disappointed. The egg rolls were good, the staff friendly, and our server was a sweet guy that took good care of us. Note there is not too much seating, especially for bigger crowds. There were people waiting to be seated by time we left.

Really loved the matcha here, probably the best matcha in the area! Spicy cucumber appetizer was very good and refreshing! Our group ordered the dry beef pho, shaken beef pho, crispy chicken pho and the normal beef pho as well. Pho broth was lighter than I am used to

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Camill and Anh at Phoenix Pho were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they were kind, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I LOVED the egg rolls soooo much—they were absolutely delicious and honestly one of my favorite things I've tried in a long time! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made me even more excited to come back. This was my first visit, and I’m already looking forward to exploring more of the menu especially the MATCHA!!! 🍵 Thank you, Camill and Anh, for making my experience such a great one. I highly recommend Phoenix Pho and can't wait to return! 🍜❤️✨

Visited during their soft opening and was genuinely impressed. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. One detail that stood out was how they served the basil in a small glass bottle, it’s such a charming touch that makes the dining experience feel more thoughtful and unique. The matcha was excellent, the coffee was great, and the restaurant was spotless. The location is beautiful and convenient, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal. Even during the soft opening, the staff was welcoming and everything ran smoothly.
